“AD” is an original painting by artist and U.S. Navy veteran Creative Vice, and the first work he created after moving to New York City. Painted on a found canvas, the work continues his Boxed Emotions series, which explores the emotional weight we carry and the relationships between seemingly opposing feelings. Two equal squares anchor the composition, each carrying similar visual and emotional weight.
